Pathetic service from maglies view branch

Over the years I've had great service from debonairs until I moved to rustenburg and started buying from the maglies view branch. I ordered online at 18:08, I arrive at the store at 18.39, only for me to wait an additional 30 minutes before I had to ask for my order. My number was 104, they served MR D delivery people their orders first, and it was not numbers before mine, their number were 105, 109, 110, 112. I truly believe this is unfair. I come from work and ordered a pizza online in order to get food on my table on time for the family. Why have an online service if you are going to service delivery people first?. Furthermore I ordered my pizza without onions as one of my family members has an onion allergy but I was given a pizza with onions on it. This is just pathetic service's rendered by the maglies view branch and this is not the first time it has happened to me at this specific branch. They should serve as ordered. Not when you get there then the start with your order and forget about you.
