Pathetic service from Grassy Park Debonairs

Hi

I have never experienced such bad service from Debonairs before.

I ordered on the Debonairs app at checkout it showed live tracking is not available. After an hour waiting I called the Grassy Park branch where I placed my order just to be told it will take 90min. Yet again nothing was advised on the app prior to ordering how long it will take or the store is having delays with orders. After 90min still no delivery. Called again and all I get is sorry we are running late with our orders. Why are you then taking more orders just to make every other customer frustrated.

2 hours and still waiting!!!!

I will never order again at Debonairs Grassy park.
