Pathetic service from Debonairs Woodmead
<p>We ordered 6 Pizzas for lunch for our training delegates, they only delivered 5 but took payment for 6, on asking them to resolve it they said the manager will call us back, half an hour later when phoning again they said me must contact the manager and gave us a number, which did not work, when phoning back they gave us an alternate number, which also did not work. Where are the days when a company still put value in customer service? Debonairs, you will not get our business again, not for making a mistake but for being so arrogant to make resolving it our problem.</p>

Hi Debonairs, Just thought I would give an update, you are still pathetic, 7 days later and still no reply, saying you will reply is not a reply, however, you could have tried to change my mind by caring a little bit, however you chose to confirm that you do not care at all. Personally, I will not deal with Debonairs again, I know you dont care, just thought I would let you know.
