Pathetic service from Debonairs Raisthorpe

I Recently ordered a pizza from Debonairs Raisethorpe in PMB. we place the order at 19:00 and was told that it would take 30-45 minutes. at 20:15 i called the branch to check how far my order is and i was told that they are trying their best to get our order through. i then called at 20:40 to cancel my order because it was taking too long and i asked to speak to the manager. i was put on hold and eventualy hung up on. i called again with the same result. the pizza came at 20:50 almost two hours after ordering, although my place is less than 5 mins away, and was told that i need to pay with my debit card because the drive does not have any change. I am very disapointed and still have not recieved a call rom management.
