Pathetic Service From Debonairs Pizza

Good Day,

I ordered from your online app on Saturday - 03 July 2021 at 17:28 and after an hour of waiting, received absolutely nothing, no feedback on the order.

I tried calling the store three times to find out the progress of my order - after which a person would answer, I'd explain my issue, then I kept getting put through to a number that would eventually tell me that the mailbox is full.

By my fourth call to the store I was now irate, I asked the lady not to put me through to this number because it isn't working, explained my issue and asked for my order to be cancelled.

This lady put me on hold for a while and once she was back, she stated that the cancellation was submitted and that someone would call me regarding my refund. At least she was helpful in this nightmare.

Well, it's Monday now and I've not heard a peep about my refund, yet my order online says it was "Received" - it most certainly was not.

I would like to know the status of my refund.

This has honestly been a terrible experience with a franchise I once loved.
