Pathetic Service from Debonairs Maitland

On Friday 23rd my wife and I ordered a us a pizza at around 12pm at Maitland Debonairs Cape Town. Pizza arrives just after 2 very cold and the drive marked it delivered before 2pm already. So mind you the pizza is cold and our friend Loadshedding hits. Just paid to get a cold pizza and we could not warm it. I receive a call from the debonairs HO after complaining apologizing and he advised someone from the store will call me. Up until today not a single call has been received. I have said goodbye to the debonairs app immediately after this happened.
