Pathetic service from Debonairs Chatsworth

I did an order on the app on the 25th August 2023 for 2 pizza and I was at work at a club . The driver called me and due to loud music playing I could not hear his call and he insists he came there to deliver but I had the security waiting to receive my order as that is my place of work. This driver never even come to the door to deliver he apparently was in his vehicle, and I was so ****ed of because that was our supper, I finally called the manager of the store Buhle and she was so arrogant and rude, when I told her I will put them on hello Peter she told me do as I wish and assured me the money will be refunded in my account until now they did not refund me, I was even willing to go to the store and pick my food as it was my last money and there was no way for me to get an order coz all the places was closed. The manager and the driver was extremely rude and arrogant and they are rogues and my money has not been refunded till today its 6 days. I was left to work hungry and I will never ever trust debonairs for there bad treatment absolutely 0% customer service Order number: #***8
