Pathetic Service from Debonairs

Most pathetic service ever at the Chatsworth Plaza Branch aswell as the Callcentre. My order was placed at 18:10pm and I was told my order would take 45 minutes to an hour to be delivered, however my order only got here at 20:45pm thats over 2 hours later than the time promised and when the pizza got here it was ice cold. I also had to make 2 follow up calls where they promised to get back to me but no one bothered returning my calls. We come tired from work and prefer ordering takeouts as its easier and faster to feed our families on time but poor service like the one from Debonairs makes it impossible. I am very disappointed with their poor service.
