Pathetic service from debonairs

Ordered pizza through their online portal, 50 minutes later still waiting for the pizza, their online tracking is not working and I tried calling the branch to cancel my order and no answer after multiple attempts.

If I'm ordering food that means I'm currently hungry and want to eat, I don't want to wait 2 hours like I normally do with debonairs. If they have pathetic service you should be given the opportunity to cancel your order if you so please. I'll rather go buy something else than wait 2 hours for my pizza, and when it arrives the order is almost always wrong! I took screenshots, just wish I could post them.
