Pathetic Service from Debonairs

On Friday 28th February I ordered a pizza online from Debonairs Hillbrow for a friend in Berea. The order was made at 16h09 and acknowledged by Hillbrow shortly thereafter. At around 18h07, when there was no delivery still, i called and was told the delivery guy was a couple of streets away. Thereafter Debonairs Hillbrow, went offline and the phones would not go through. It was then impossible to track my order from then on. After 19h00 i asked my friend to go the restaurant and pick it up. The lady spoken too was very rude and the manager intervened and my friend was attended to. The pizza was handed over at 19h45, almost six hours after the order placed. This is pathetic service. The whole idea of online purchases is convenience and security, Debonairs Hillbrow fails dismally in all these aspects.
