Pathetic service feom wetton circle branch

On the 26th Apr at 19h02 i placed an order for delivery on my app to the Wetton circle branch.

At 20h15 I called in as the delivery had still not arrived however I only got to speak to an actual person after 10 attempts of calling the number and reaching a recorded message saying that they unable to take my call and to try later. Nevertheless a women answered said she was hoing to check if my order is out and she kept me on hold for 15mins returning to say the order is out but she cannot confirm how long it will take to reach me.

Another 45 mins I then decide to call again this time i just wasnt able to get through and kept reaching the recorded line, while still on the line just pass 21h00 my 3 pizzas arrived not warm to say the least.

I then complain to the delivery women who says she had many stops, I asked what the contact number is as I would like to complain to the manager and I cannot get through on the recorded line she advised that was the only number.

I must say this was by far the worse service and it's just pathetic that i had to wait 2 hours for my pizza.
