Pathetic service

I ordered Pizza online (Khayelitsha store) on the 25th June, money was debited out of my bank account but the pizza was never delivered. I have tried calling the store, the number won't go through. I called the call center and I was told that a ticket was logged and someone will get back to me. I tried their Facebook page and I was told the same thing. Nobody from debonairs has made any contact with me to date.

They failed to deliver my pizza , I just want my money back.

I am very disappointed with the service I keep on getting with this specific store's online service. I will definitely will not buy from them again.
