Pathetic service

We had ordered a pizza on friday the 26th of June the delivery took over an hour when the pizza arrives the pizza was cold and the sot black when we enquired they said its due to covid weather what bull**** is that....they wanted us to have the cold pizza and the driver was very arrogane6 cos he knew he was in the wrong and was so eager to take the pizza back and leave ....what kind of service is this
