Pathetic service

Debonairs Randfontein is quick to accept your money but don't deliver on their service. After an hour, since I placed my order I had to drive to the shop whilst holding for 15min on the phone with no answer. Once I turned the shop upside down and demanded to speak to the manager who is still to make contact with me, I was suddenly helped only for them to explain to me that my order had already gone out for delivery. Another hour and a half passed before the delivery guys pitched. I send the order back and want a full refund. Whats worse I was given the excuse that they are extremely busy and by the amount of traffic outside of the shop I could see that, but there was no communication to clients phoning in and placing orders online and yet again after speaking to them in person I still had to wait another hour and a half for my order
