Pathetic Service ever

I'm so angry about what happened today, I placed an order online at Debonairs Beach front East London at 17:42 and I paid using my credit card, they accepted the order same time. At 18:22 I called the restaurant to make a follow up on my order but couldn't get through so I decided to call their call center. The first lady I spoke to asked for my number and said she'll get back to me, at 19:00 I called again because she didn't get back to me to still make a follow up on my order, the 2nd lady also said the same thing that she will get back to me because she can see on the system that the restaurant is closed. At 19:07 I called again because I could see that I'm not taken serious, 3rd lady said that she will call me back so I was furious that I was tired of them telling me that they will come back to me and they don't, what's going on because the last lady I spoke to said that the restaurant is closed according to what she sees on the system. She confirmed that that's what she sees also on the system then she suggested that I lay a complaint which she said she did but when I asked for the reference number she said I'll get an sms with the reference number. I didn't receive any sms from them so I don't know what happened. I decided to opt for something else to eat. At 20:15 I got a call from a lady calling from Debonairs Beach front to say that I must go outside where the driver can see me because he's coming with my order and I was like, are you for real you don't apologize you don't explain you just tell me to go outside this late to wait for a driver for a pizza that I ordered at 17:45 she then said so do you wanna cancel the order, I told her to cancel it because I had something else to eat. My money has not been reversed back to my account till now.
