Pathetic service

It takes 15 minutes for a pizza to be baked, I ordered a pizza at Garankuwa debonairs pizza @ 14:27 and was delivered at 17:18 and the pizza was ice cold.I kept following up on my order and even went to the store and was advised that the order was on its way, I went back home waiting for nothing. Only when I visited the store for the second time the pizza was delivered cold. Really??? If I wanted a cold pizza I would have bought it at pick n pay
