Pathetic service

I ordered a pizza online at 15:15 at Alex Mall Deboinaires , I paid using my bank card, I did not get my pizza, I called Alex Mall to track my order I was even given the contact numbers of the driver delivering my food his name is Sfiso Moya , I called the driver so many times he kept saying he's 5minutes away until now there is no order delivered spoke to a manager by the name of Freedom still im not getting any assistance he referred me to the same driver who kept telling me he's 5 minutes away,the driver told me he delivered my pizza to a guy and the manager told me he will call me back, I'm still waiting for their call until now, I'm so ****ed off, I want my money back and I'll make noise until someone hears me, You guys are playing with fire, is this how you treat your customers especially when you see they have paid for that order,
