Pathetic service & delivery

We ordered pizza online from the Debonairs at Centurion Lifestyle Centre. We paid the pizza and driver's tip upfront. After waiting an hour we tried to phone the store but it didn't go through. Thereafter we tried phoning head office with also no answer. This followed with us waiting 2 hours before the driver showed up at our house. We asked why he was so late and he rep**** with: "i get backed up". After we thought that things can't get worse we opened the boxes to find that the pizzas are cold and even the red dot (indicating heat) had gone black. We are truly unsattisified with the service (or the lack thereof).
