Pathetic service Debonairs Bayview

I placed an order on the app for the special 1 x meaty Cram-Decker. The app did not allow me to input my preferences so I called the store. I informed the person who answered that I did not want any onions or tomatoes on my pizza. She advised that she would inform the Manager. When the pizza arrived at 9:45 it was full of onion and tomatoes. I tried calling the store immediately only to go through to Nozipho in the call center who promised to make my order amazing. She listened and said she would put me through to the store. Unable to get through as the message was extension is busy. I tried calling the same number back many times but could not get through. Thanks Debonairs for ruining my supper as it was a total waste of my money. Pizza was Awful. Family had no option but to eat it or go to bed hungry. Terrible service. You claim your calls are recorded...let's see how that helps.
