Pathetic service Debonaires Lenasia south

Pathetic service received from Debonaires Lenasia south. Placed an order on the app at 12:15 it is 13:30 and I have not received any update or food. When trying to call the store I keep being cut off. Extremely poor service and will not be ordering from them again
