Pathetic service, customer service nightmare

Pathetic service- I made an online order and payment Order # ********** 0. The order was made at 13:06pm and only arrived at 16:20pm. I told the driver to return back with the pizza. I want my money back. I called your call centre 5 times only to be told that they will call me back. Till now no one called me. The last consultant I spoke to is a guy(Lebo), who had a nerve to transfer me to a wrong mall.I wasted my airtime to call for ****. This is beyond pathetic. Reimburse my airtime!!!
