Pathetic service, confused staff and cold and tasteless pizza delivered One and a half hours later Debonairs Pizza Primrose

Debonairs Pizza Primrose' service is extremely bad. We live in Bedfordview, Germiston and I ordered a pizza from debonairs Pizza Primrose on Monday, 22 January at 19h42. After waiting for over an hour the pizza guy phoned and said he is outside. However, he was outside a property in Boksburg. After numerous calls and location pin drops etc etc etc our Pizza eventually arrived after 21h00. Although driver said it's not gold, IT WAS ICECOLD AND TASTELESS. On my debonairs Pizza till slip it shows Boksburg as well. I cannot understand how they got it wrong cause nowhere on my debonairs app states that I live in Boksburg. We paid for our Pizzas but couldn't enjoy it at all. I am extremely disappointed in the outlet and will never order from them again. My review is actually not even a full star.
