Pathetic service, call center, and standards!

Third time now ( Yes I now we never learn) that we had to go back to the call center to try to find out what happened to our order! The specific retailer refuses calls once they start getting calls from clients. So the call center response is:

Sorry mam we cant help you because we tried to call them but they do not answer their phone. We cant help you. but we tried. And since you've been waiting for more than an hour your order might take 2 hours. You must just wait!.

Absolutely pathetic!!!

Don't order from Debonaire's. There system is shot and their service is pathetic and terrible!!!!! And their staff even worse! At Southern center especially and their call center even worse!!!!

And finally their pizza's standard differ form order to order. No consistency!!! Check other reviews and you will see the same complaint.
