Pathetic service

I ordered a pizza for my daughter at 19:25 via online which was accepted by the store, they never called or gave me an update the oder was delivered at 21:50 was not given a call from the store to advise if there were any delays or they have a backlog, the driver didn't call before delivery i don't blame the driver as he said he was sent out to deliver as he was about to knock off the pizza was cold and explained to the driver that if that sticker is black the pizza is free that's what debonairs motto says he didn't want to leave it as he needed to confirm management however we could not get hold of management or the store. It's actually appalling how we get this kind of pathetic service in Soweto where as in suburban neighborhoods you don't get this type of service and especially at dobsonville we get this treatment when we support other branches it's a bit unfair as u lose revenue however the standard of service is very poor. So disappointed my daughter had to sleep on an empty stomach waiting for a pizza that never came for her
