Order placed with Debonairs Kuils river, received an incorrect order, I phoned to inform them, however, you do not get through to the branch directly and left a message with the call center, eventually, after 45 min the branch called me, then investigated and phoned me back again after another 20 minutes, did not want to deliver as my address was out of their area. I requested a refund, the branch was not interested in this option. I have lodged a complaint on their website, the manager has phoned me, I'm still awaiting feedback on this matter 2 almost weeks later. Pathetic
