Pathetic service

My wife called in at 18:10 this evening to place an order and it is now 20:45 and we have not received the order as yet. Called the store numerous times and were told that they will check with the driver and call us back and unsurprisingly, no call received. Pathetic customer service from the worst franchise. Will not order from Debonairs ever again.
