Pathetic Service

Poor and pathetic online service from Debonairs Pizza Newlands West. Waited 1.5 hours for my order only to hear that my order was not even sent with the driver. Waited another 30 to 45 minutes for another driver to have my order delivered only to realise that the cheese girllers were wrapped in a dirty disgusting crumpled foil with cheese on it a part of my Margherita pizza was torn off at the edge which was so unappetizing and I was sent a chicken triple decker pizza instead of a meat triple decker pizza. Placed my order at 18.51 only got down to actually have a slice of the wrong pizza at 21:30. Contacted store management the next morning and all I got told was "there's nothing they can do". Is this the way to treat customers who experience problems? At that hour was I suppose to wait for a 3rd time? This is really unprofessional and the appearance of a dirty foil is absolutely unhygienic.
