Pathetic service

The service from this store is absolutely ridiculous, I place an online order over an hour ago at Debonairs Westgate Mall, Mitchells Plain and still no pizza, I have a pregnant wife at home and to wait so long for a food delivery is absolutely crazy, this will be the last time I order anything from this franchise

Tried calling the store spoke to Thandi who gave dome bull**** story of the driver doing several deliveries at once, surely to prepare a pizza and deliver even to 5 customers at once cannot take more than an hour. Is this not a fast food establishment? Extremely pathetic
