Pathetic Service - Awful pizzas

On Friday night we purchased pizzas at Debonairs Gold Reef City. The pizzas were absolutely disgusting and were fit to be thrown in the bin. We ordered chicken and mushroom and chicken tikka. To be honest I do not know what chicken was used, as it tasted awful and the sight of it looked like it was chicken fillet, just cubed and placed on the pizza which tasted very raw as well. No mushroom was spotted on the pizza either, not sure if it was lost somewhere. Pizzas were thrown in the bin and we had to go to KFC which was closest. When we complained to Sarah who seemed so disinterested in our complaint. All she said was "oh I will speak to my manager" So I asked her and what will you do with his feed back, cos you not taking down our details. She just stood there with a synical grin on her face and could care less. This is totally unacceptable and we will NEVER support Debonairs again. I wish someone looks into this matter and treats this complaint seriously. I await a response from Debonairs.
