PATHETIC SERVICE @ PHOENIX BRANCH

Today as a regular customer of your phoenix branch, I am completely disgusted at your level of customer service. Your cashier, assistant and store manager where extremely rude and unhelpful. Speaking English and Zulu rudely. I will not be satisfied unit the 3 of them are severely dealt with. My family including kids had no supper tonight, due to their stubborn attitude and rude way of speaking over the phone. This is not the last time you will hear from me, but definitely the last time I support this branch or organization as a whole.
