Pathetic service as per usual

Again I sent my partner to go buy the triple meat decker and 1.5L drink special @mams mall, and then I don't know if it's plain stupidity or ignorance she (Lucia Chipolopolo) asks which drink he wants and he rep**** by saying sprite. Paid for everything and when it was time to get his order he was told its sold out. Who then must get the short end of the stick in this regard? This is so disappointing that the level of service at this place is so pathetic they can't even get an order right. The base of the pizza didn't have any filling and I have pictures for that!
