Pathetic Service and *****!!!

I am so furious with the service of this evening, 27 November 2020. I placed an order for delivery at 19:47pm and i was told my order would be delivered within 60minutes. it is currently 21:17pm and no order has been delivered. When clicking on the sms link sent when order was placed, it shows order completed, but how can this be possible if no order was delivered! i demand an explanation as this is unacceptable. I have tried numerous times to call the store and no answer.
