Pathetic service and ill mannered uneducated management at Chilli lane .

I ordered Pizza from the Mr D app and it only gave me option for collection at Debonairs chilli lane , sunninghill . I got there stood for more than 2 hours waiting for my order. I asked the store manager what was going on she told me to stop making noise they are working, I’ll get my order whenever I get it. I asked for her superior George ‘s number and when I called him he told me I ordered via Mr Delivery he can’t help me. In actual fact all the people who ordered via Uber and counter orders that came after me got their orders. I was now standing there with more than 10 men from Mr D also complaining that they had been waiting for hours for orders. If Debonairs is having fights with Mr D , we as clients don’t wanna know about it. If They don’t want to work with Mr D or pay each other, they must just end the relationship so that we know. And they employ a whole lot of foreigners there that are ill mannered and not properly trained which is disappointing. After two to top of the whole drama they gave me the wrong order. They don’t care about client service and treat us like ****. Better close down if you don’t want our business . Pathetic service and poor uneducated management
