Pathetic service and false advertising

I am not impressed with my order that I placed at your Mofolo outlet. The Pizza is horrible and not presentable. First my oder was delivered late. I had to wait at the gate for 20 min after the track on my app reflected as delivered. This is my second time now experiencing this, even on Sunday it was the same thing and my other order was wrong. I'm not happy at all. And hope to hear from you regarding this matter. So my cram -decker is so dry, it's actually a sausage folded in a dough. How do you sell such in a black market and prioritize first class service in the white community? Sorry but I had to take it there since this is reality.
