Pathetic service and delivrey

On 25 April 2025 I ordered a large Tikka Chicken pizza at 18:18. I understand that it was the end of the month and they were busy. I got my pizza eventually at 19:45 - with the box pressed down and scew - I had to sc**** a big part of pizza off from the box......!!!!! Order # ***. Another BIG joke is the so-called customer centre that one can call - when selecting 2 for queries, the phone jut rings and rings......I've tried a few times. When I decided to try 1 for orders, someone eventually answered! I will NEVER EVER use the Debonairs app again, meaning the drivers won't get a tip. SHAME ON YOU DEBONAIRS!!!!!!!
