Pathetic service all the time at Debonairs Giyani

Debonairs, Giyani, Masingita complex, the service is pathetic, nothing and no one is Efficient there. Day 1, I bought 2 large pizza special, came back to collect, my order was swapped incorrectly with another customer’s order, I was told I have to wait another 40 min for my correct order, 23 Dec, ordered something meaty triple decker, got home, pizza is incomplete, no cheese, no source, completely dry with separated layers. Really!!! No professionalism no customer service, people receive ****py service daily and nothing ever changes. Really!!! Just close the store down and save us our time, money and expectations!!
