Pathetic Service all round from Debonairs Pizza

<p>Trying to order a pizza today from Debonairs is impossible, the Princess Crossing store on Ontdekkers road has no power but they cheerfully answer the phone with "how may I help you" yet they cannot produce a pizza at all. Beacon Isle on Ontdekkers Road wont deliver because they are too far, Westgate on Ontdekkers don't deliver period! debonairs express in Roodepoort dont deilver either. The customer service call line puts you on hold for a long long time and when the service consultant answers they are ***********, can't hear you (or pretend they can't), don't have any concerete solution to the dilemna or try to get the customer happy and make the sale, their manager "Buhle" is not available and wow they don't even know who the CEO is or what CEO stands for!! Debonairs you were pathetic today and have seriously tarnished your image in my eyes and have lost my R165 sale today and perhaps any others in the future as well. Guess you really do want your market share to shrink amidst the overseas brands being brought to our country! Way to Go --out of business Yay!</p>
