Pathetic Service

Will avoid buying from Debonairs again in the future. Worst service one can get. Placed order for delivery at 6.35 was told the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. Called in an hour later to find out whats happening with my delivery. The person that answered the call at Debonairs Lakefield said they were very busy and the driver is leaving with the order now. 40 minutes passed and no signs of delivery. had to call the call centre numerous times as i kept getting disconnected or there was no answer when pressing option 2 for queries. eventually had to press option 1 for orders and someone answered the call. Only to be told the driver is on his way 1 hour 45 minutes after the order was placed. I asked the call centre agent to cancel my order as it is unfair to keep my kids waiting for food for such long time. Will make every effort in future to avoid debonairs.
