Pathetic Service

I've just been attended by an extremely rude call center agent from Debonairs Pizza. I was not sure about my order and I was expecting her to advise me, instead she got so fed and started shouting with a harsh voice. So I told her not to raise her voice on me, I'm a customer its your job to explain and advise when a customer seeks guidance. Unlike her, I don't have full product knowledge. It is staff members like her who chaise customers away. Her name is Thabisile.
