PATHETIC SERVICE

Ordered and paid for pizza online about two weeks back. Received a call from them about an hour later saying that their ovens are not working. Imagine, a pizzeria with broken ovens! Called customer care to cancel my order and requested a refund. To date, despite numerous calls to the store and customer care, I have still not received my refund or any solid feedback. What is more frustrating is that the manager of the Verulam store claims that she can't pick up my order on the system even though I have an order # and the fact that I was contacted by one of the employees. We need a Romans in our area, desperately!
