Pathetic service

I placed an order online ,and I have Ben waiting it's now more than 2 hours waiting .me and my kids have to sleep on an empty because the pizza is not delivered . Money was debited in my account. I took a courtesy to call their helpline and I was advised that someone from the store will call me. The lady took my number & name , no one phoned in . I phoned the store Debonairs mdantsane no answer . I then had to bother myself and call in again spoke to Ashley who advised that all the Debonairs are closed at 7pm and will resume with delivers and I had a concern with a delivery that take more than an hour & he said there's delays with delivery it takes more than an hour or 2. And he asked me why dont I call the store and I explained that I did and there's no answer and then again he said their phones are down. so I'm using in south Africa all Debonairs their phones were down except for this . It is now 11pm & I'm giving up on a delivery from Debonairs mdantsane city mall & at this moment on I will never order from them.and on the 04/08/2020 I placed an order and apparently the delivery guy got lost . So he insisted that I replace his airtime money.what I dont understand why do they not call the client before they deliver to make sure the directions are clear. Also dont they refer to delivery notes. Cause their location map is not accurate so I will always add delivery notes and put my correct address. Service is very pathetic . I don't even see why I must keep this app. Earlier today I placed an order at Mc Donald's and it was delivered in less than 30mins.now that's what I call service not this ****. I hope they can refund me back my money cause I dont need their pizza anymore. I'd rather go buy at Panarotti or brothers so far, I haven't been disappointed. And if it wasnt for my kids ,after the last incident where I needed to pay for airtime that the company should've provided, I would've never had ordered this time around .
