Pathetic service
Debonairs Newlands West is a disgrace to its name. Pathetic service. I order pizzas online at 18.30 and had to call numerous times and they didn't know where my order was. It eventually came at 20.39. It didnt even have a sticker on it. So I refused to pay. I had a house full of hungry kids who had to suffer for their incompetency. They should close this branch and open a Dominos pizza. Their services are top notch.
