Pathetic service

I'm so frustrated, the service here is pathetic they keep on saying calls are recorded I doubt I called so many times regarding my delivery their driver is getting list, but he isn't answering his phone, the Manger Bheki isn't available, I even ran out of airtime calling this ppl, Bheki told me to go in the house, the driver calls I was outside for long again, I called several times to talk to Bheki, store manager unfortunately I held till it goes off, what kind of business is this, if they have their specific ppl they deliver to they should tell us, Dobsonville branch, the driver just left will see what to feed my family, this isn't right and it's nit the first time I come across such ridiculous service, today after waiting I called, I'm told no your order was canceled, but no one td me I had to re order n get such!!!!
