Pathetic service

I'm utterly disgusted with the service I received from this outlet. I placed my order and after 56mins I got a call to confirm my order. I waited for another half hour to receive an sms saying my order has arrived, I went outside and there was no one there, mind you I'm on crutches in this cold weather. When I called the store I was given a lousy excuse, saying maybe the driver is lost. Thanks debonair tembi mall for your lousy service, you'll never ever get my patronage.
