Pathetic service

I'm so ****ed right now I placed and order with plumstead and more than 2 hours later still nothing has arrived. I called the call center number as well as the store numerous times. I was told it's delayed, then it left then I should give driver a few more minutes. Then I was called to find out where I am then I was told everything is processed it will be with me shortly but still nothing. When I called the store again now the person working there had a nerve to tell me I never placed it with plumstead I placed it with grassy park. When I told her she said well it's not with them and when the call Centre called the store she turned the story around and said I said my order is in grassy park. Why the hell would I call plumstead if I placed it with another store?Why did they accept order in the first place? Why was there no communication? I have 2 kids that's been waiting for supper for more than 2 hours. The service is pathetic.
