Pathetic service

I ordered pizza @ 16:26 for delivery, which was said to take up to an hour. @ 17:51 I’m still awaiting my delivery. This is not the 1st time they delivered late. Tried calling them but says they user is not available and that the mail box is full, and call gets cut.
