Pathetic service

<p>Do not go to Debonairs Northmead!! Be warned. What pathetic service and idiotic staff. First I phoned in my order, asked for anchovies on my pizza and no one there knew what anchovies where!! Then had to drive to the place. Ordered inside the shop. After repeating an correcting my order about 4 times it was "correct". Got the pizzas and went home. When I came home the Regina had a BBQ bace. Phoned again to order a Regina with tomato base. They told me that the Regina comes with a tomato base and that my first pizza was probably a mistake!!! They told me that my pizza will be here in 50-55 min. And I had to pay for their mistake! After 55 min I phoned them. Asked where my pizza was. They put the phone on the counter while they "found out where my pizza was". But they either ignored me or forgot about me. I waited another 5 min on the phone before the hung up on me! Oh and while I was hanging on I could hear them laughing and talking in the background. Phoned back. Now it was already 1 hour and almost 10 min.... Asked where my pizza was again. Heard them finally asking in the background where my pizza was, this after she asked for my number and name and and and. When she came back to me she told me, whait for it, the driver is going to leave now!!! This was already 1 hour and 13 min!! So another 10 min to my home and it would have taken almost 1 and a 1/2 hours for my pizza! I told them I do not want the pizza any more and that they must leave it. So in theory I paid for a pizza that they made a mistake and I had to feed the pizza to the doggs because of medical conditions I can not eat BBQ or strange sauces. Do not support Debonairs Northmead. They are useless and pathetic. </p>
