Pathetic Service

<p>I have never seen such worst service in my life. I placed an order at 15:35 on the 1st of October 2016 to get my pizza delivered received an sms confirmation and an email with reference 1912. 2 hours later I call and I spoke to a guy saying my order was suppose to he delivered at 16:13 and he will transfer me to a manager ... I was on the line for 20 minutes waiting to be transferred then I called again and spoke to a lady by the name Thandiwe something she told me she will follow up and call me cause I was suppose to receive my order at 4pm as well. Then I get a call from a supervisor or Manager now claiming that she can't see my order now and she can take my order now for that delivered in no time.. sounding robotic and didn't even sympathise to the fact I was inconvenienced for 2 hours .. I have a good relationship with Debonairs but today they shocked me.. she called me again saying can we make the pizza for you quick brushing off the idea that o have been waiting for 2 hours. Now all of the sudden she saw my order and she doesn't know what happened... Debonairs makes great pizza but if the staff they hired don't have passion for service delivery .. If they monitor my record how many times I order pizza due to its my favourite meal.. After today I am starting to hate pizza and Debonairs their staff service is so poor. If customers aren't important to them..</p> <p> </p> <p>If it means sending an email to Debonairs CEO I want him or her to know the service that we receive from those that are first line interacting with customers how robotic they sound.</p>
