Pathetic service
<p>I have never been so angry, I have ordered food 2 hours ago at 7.15pm and now it 9.15pm, and I haven't received my food. When I called again at 9.16 the lady who picked up my calls says my order it still in the store and they is no driver have been allocated yet. After 3 hours, is this a joke oh something? </p> <p> </p> <p>It bedtime right now my family supposed to be getting ready for to go to bed and we are seating here looking at each other starving.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever order food from you guys ever again. </p> <p> </p> <p>Nxa</p>
Well guess what, I ended up driving to get my food, it was after 2 hours they decided to tell me that they is no drivers but when I got there at the outlet 3 drivers at 9.45pm where ready to go home.
