Pathetic service

<p>I ordered online from Debonairs Pizza Mayibuye, 17:49 and received a prompt sms response few seconds after, thinking their response time was fast the delivery time will be faster. 18:28 we received a call regarding the order. 19:37 we received call from Lerato on of the local residence asking for directions. She gave me drivers number ********** 833, I tried getting hold of the driver 19:43, 19:44, 19:47, 19:48, 19:49, 19:56, 19:58, 19:59 and 20:27 the last call a number nine time I tried getting hold of the driver and no answer nor any response. Even tried the ********** 723 @ 20:27 no answer. I'm sitting here with a pregnant wife that needs to eat and take medication, if my car was not at the panel beaters then I would have ordered online to collect. How do you employ driver's with no geographical knowledge or background where he is suppose to deliver to or the area you send to deliver to? What kind of service are you rendering? You suppose to make ordering pizza and delivering hassle free. All you staff should keep in mind your promise delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
